So what's this site all about?

This blog site is my story or walk for the last 10 years, being led like many for some unknown reason to some very deep seated truths regarding The WORD, which has been hidden for centuries, until now that is.

To get the full story, please start with "In The Beginning". You can quickly navigate using Postings By Order on the left, or at bottom by clicking on Newer and Older Posts. You may very well identify with what's written here, and I hope it blesses you.

I also want to share with you the reason for naming this blog "And Now Thus Said Yahweh". It's due to my searching one day for a name to start this blog, and I felt led to simply let the Scriptures fall open to a page, and my finger fall on a verse. When I looked down it was verse 36 stating Yahweh speaking, which we know when He speaks, all of creation happens. In the following verses He says what is going to happen in our future, that He will bring back His people out of all the lands where we've been scattered and bring us back to "the land", Yisra'el. This is the reason why I'm sharing my witness to you, so you understand what's coming some day.

Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 32:36-41 The Scriptures '98 (36) "And now, thus said Yahweh, the Elohim of Yisra'ĕl, concerning this city of which you say, 'It shall be given into the hand of the sovereign of Babel by the sword, and by scarcity of food, and by pestilence': (37) 'See, I am gathering them out of all the lands where I have driven them in My displeasure, and in My wrath, and in great rage. And I shall bring them back to this place, and shall let them dwell in safety. (38) 'And they shall be My people, and I shall be their Elohim. (39) 'And I shall give them one heart and one way, to fear Me all the days, for the good of them and of their children after them. (40) 'And I shall make an everlasting covenant with them, that I do not turn back from doing good to them. And I shall put My fear in their hearts so as not to turn aside from Me. (41) 'And I shall rejoice over them to do good to them, and shall plant them in this land in truth, with all My heart and with all My being.'

Some More Learned Along "The Way"

I hope you had a good rest this last Shabbat, and were ready to face the challenges of this week that Yahweh will put before us,...maybe it's better to break it down and say it as facing one day at a time, or better yet...one hour, or better still...one minute, on second thought (play on words) one second at a time, ahhh I've got it, one moment at a time! Because each moment we face can be long or short depending on the circumstances.

Pondering is something we all do isn't it, especially when we see something we clearly identify with, even if we've seen it thousands of times. Certain things can hold a lot of meaning for us. Symbology is something we see all over the place, on signs while were walking for instance.

You know this picture is one of the many international signs we've come accustom to. We don't need any words printed on it, as we know what it means. Though we did at some point need to learn it. Once that happens we accept it, and go on.

One symbol I had always held in highest regard is this one:

Imagine for a moment,...ponder if you will how many times you have come across this symbol. On top of, in front of, inside of church buildings, all in various fashions of adornment. There to remind you of what Yahoshua did for you and I. We see this image also in cemeteries, hanging on bracelets and necklaces, paintings and photos, and more.

I'm sure you've probably come across this one almost daily in your life like I do. Yes this symbol did hold a special place in my heart until I found out,...yes that's right, the truth about it. "Oh, here he goes again" you're probably saying right about now. Along with "What can possibly be wrong with the cross?!!!" Okay now that you have that off your chest, take a deep breath, relax................. good. Now read on...

As you've come to know me to some degree by now, I don't just throw things out there and expect you to believe everything I say. I ask you to prove things out for yourself, and this is one no different. This symbol has been around a lot longer than when our Savior came to be hung at the stake (your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to find out why I called it a stake, and not a cross). As a matter of fact this symbol can be traced all the way back to...guess where? Right you are, Babylon! It's wonderful to have great minds think alike isn't it!

There's been plenty written regarding the pagan use of the cross or crux, so I don't need to re-invent the wheel here. I've given you a couple of links below, and you can do a Google search as well and find out even more, to satisfy your quest. I would like to share what Yahweh says regarding images though:

Exodus 20:4-6 "You do not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of that which is in the heavens above, or which is in the earth beneath, or which is in the waters under the earth, (5) you do not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, יהוה your Elohim am a jealous Ěl, visiting the crookedness of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, (6) but showing kindness to thousands, to those who love Me and guard My commands.

This is the 2nd mitzvah (Hebrew for command) or Word from the Ten Words that were given by Yahweh on Mt. Sinai. He covers all the bases completely by telling me not to make any image what so ever by anything I can lay my eyes on anywhere, period! When the truth of this came to light, my mind quickly raced through the gazillion times I've seen this image. Then I remembered the many times I had gone to the altar in churches and bent down with a huge cross before me on the wall, and I'm praying there, thinking that I'm doing this unto Yahweh over and over again! This caused me to take stock of what I have in my house. Here's a couple of links for you to read online. You can also read about this in Lew White's book Fossilized Customs as well.

This first reference material I have for you is from http://www.philologos.org The Sign of the Cross which is from Alexander Hislop's book "The Two Babylons", written and expounded from 1853-1858. I like this reference as it has a search facility in it, but the images or graphics from the book are missing. This one however does contain images from http://www.piney.com/: The Sign of the Cross Here you see the some of the various forms of the crosses and their usage through history, but the book isn't searchable.

Note: I do not promote any of these websites, merely resources for you to check this issue out. I hope you can handle the truth of this, because there's a whole lot more on the subject of symbology/images you should be aware of, and how to handle them. This all takes time, it's a coming out of to be sure. Just do the best you can. I know I can't fool myself for too long, once I've come into more truth, as I know Yahweh's watching me, nudging me on so I can learn more of His deeper truths.

Now in my last posting I stated I would share with you what we are all facing in our day. Now take what I have here with a "grain of salt" so to speak. This looks like it could be it, but we don't know until it actually happens.

Having said all that, we know some day there would come a time of Daniel's last 7 years, the 70th week, known as the tribulation period. Mid-point the morning and evening oblations (sacrifices) would stop, the abomination of desolation would take place and the anti-Messiah would be revealed.

In times past and present, Christianity/Churchianity has taught that there would be a rapture to get out of town either before the tribulation (I used to own this print back in the late 70's.) known as pre-trib, in the middle ie. mid-trib, or post-trib at the end of the Great Tribulation, which is the last 3.5 years. These are known as the seven bowls, vials, and trumpets in Revelation. These actually to some degree, coincide with the same plagues that Mitsrayim (Egypt) went through before the 1st Exodus. The USA is pretty much the only country that holds to this belief, and it started back somewhere in the 1800's.

Looking at the Scriptures throughout all the writings, Prophets, and Torah (first 5 books) in conjunction with the Renewed Covenant (New Testament), this is not a correct teaching at all of a rapture. It's a false hope!

But there is a 2nd Exodus like the first one! Which looks like it happens somewhere in the middle of the last 7 years. There's plenty of info on this, and you can read about it right here: The Second Exodus. Now what we have come to understand is this:

For nearly 2,000 years the land of Yisra'el was taken away from all the Hebrew people.

In 1948 Yisra'el became a state under the UN umbrella.

An end-time tribulation event known as the covenant of death, where the land of Yisra'el would be divided. The Scriptures tell us that in the "Day of Yahweh" (Joel 1:15, 2:1, Zechariah 14:1) (a term which describes the days of tribulation) that the land of Yisra'el will be divided (Joel 3:2) by removing Jews from their borders (homes) (Joel 3:6) when the "enemy" would say that the mountains of Yisra'el (West Bank) (Ezekiel 36:1-2) would be theirs by dividing the city of Yerushalayim (Jerusalem) (Zechariah 14:2) (by making East Yerushalayim the capital of a PLO state).

We know there's been an agenda for some time pushing for the Palestinian state. There's been up till now the "Road Map" for peace as it's been called, that the USA mostly and England have been pushing through the UN. This was to be done gradually, up till now that is. 2 stages have been all of a sudden cut out, and now they're launching into making it a reality, and letting the Arabs take the credit for this "new plan".

The dividing of the land of Yisra'el will bring about the judgment of the nations. This judgment will be nuclear (Zechariah 14:12). Because the USA is the "head" who is dividing the land of Yisra'el and pushing to create a PLO state, the USA will be severely punished by Yahweh. The Arabs would get:

The Gaza strip (land of the Philistines) and the West Bank, a huge chunk of land, with an economic corridor splitting the country or dividing Yisra'el in two. Imagine a line across from Gaza to the West Bank. See map.

Yerushalayim would be divided amongst 3, Yisra'el, Palestinians, and the Catholics. This agreement allows Yisra'el to put up a temple (could be a tent like the tabernacle at first). It's been reported that Yisra'el could be ready within 30 days to start the morning and evening oblations! The Temple Mount Institute has been prepared for this, and has made pretty much everything needed to hit the road running.

Syria could get the Golan Heights. According to some reliable news sources who report very accurate information, Map of Israelwhat we are seeing in the news now, all this is merely "going through the motions" on the world stage, as it's already been agreed upon for the most part. The USA has bargained with the Arab nations to attain Yisra'el's land for peace in Iraq. The Arabs would stop the violence in Iraq. The next plan is to go to war with Iran in April of this year.

So what does Yahoshua say what an end-time event would be?

Matthew 24:15 "So when you see the 'abomination that lays waste,' spoken of by Dani'ĕl the prophet, set up in the set-apart place" – he who reads, let him understand –

Daniel 9:27 "And he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week. And in the middle of the week he shall put an end to slaughtering and meal offering. And on the wing of abominations he shall lay waste, even until the complete end and that which is decreed is poured out on the one who lays waste."

There has been no morning and evening oblations or sacrifices done on the temple mount since 70 CE when Rome tore down the temple.

During the middle of the 7 years or 3.5 years, the anti-Messiah is revealed, and he stops the oblations, just like Antiochus Epiphinaus who stopped the sacrifices, and slaughtered a pig on the altar, and set up a statue of Zeus in the temple in 168 BCE.

So it first has to start before it can be stopped, and now we know how it's going to get started, and possibly around when.

Matthew 24:21 "For then there shall be great distress, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.

Well I hope that gives you a few things to ponder on. Next time, I'm going to be sharing something really awesome that I learned regarding the sign that Pilate had made and had the soldiers put over Yahoshua.

May Yahweh Bless You and Guard You,
Yahochanan
